Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service, drive sales, and build customer loyalty.

Develop your team by giving clear directions.

Communicate the brand image and business goals.

Ensure sales targets are met and handle administrative tasks in collaboration with your store manager and head office.

Maintain store standards and ensure Ba&sh guidelines are followed at all times.

Candidate Profile:

Fashion-enthusiastic with prior sales experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for advising customers on their look.

Familiar with Ba&sh is a plus, and enthusiasm to be part of our adventure is essential.
