As a Customer Service Coordinator (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle by carrying out the following task area: Ensuring an excellence customer experience by taking care of their needs independently Answering questions on the products and services on the phone as well as in written correspondence Processing the order management from A-Z Monitoring the shipments Handling of customer claims and returns Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth communication between all the parties Responsible for an accurate data maintenance To be considered for this position, you must have: Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service Fluent German, English and French skills are required Good user knowledge with MS-Office, especially in Excel SAP knowledge is an advantage Communicative and emphatic personality Reliable and independent way of working Take the opportunity to increase your customer service experience on an international level and actively contribute to the success of the company.
