Senior Director of People & Organisational Development (f/m/d) 80-100% We are seeking a Senior Director of POD to lead a team of approximately 13 individuals and drive excellence in all aspects of organizational culture, leadership development, talent management, and learning initiatives. This role is crucial for fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the growth and engagement of our employees. Key Responsibilities: Define and champion the organization's core values, ensuring they are embedded in all aspects of operations Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and improve communication, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing across departments Analyze survey data to derive actionable insights and recommend strategies for enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity Develop a Talent Strategy including the development of Young Talents, Interns, Graduates and key employees Further develop the process to identify & retain key employees and develop succession plans to ensure a pipeline of future leaders and experts Refine and further develop our performance management to set clear expectations, provide regular feedback and facilitate employee growth Work with managers and People Business Partners to ensure fair and effective performance evaluations that align with organizational goals Design and implement learning programs that align with business objectives and enhance employees' skills and competencies Drive forward an effective skills management in co-creation with the other Center of Excellence Qualifications: Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience (8+ Years) in roles related to culture, leadership development, talent management and organizational development Strong understanding of modern HR practices, including performance management, talent management, employee engagement, learning & development and change management Previous experience working with apprentices is a plus Experience managing a diverse team and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all organizational levels Ability to deliver results in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze survey data, metrics, and trends to drive strategic decision-making Fluency in German and English At Sunrise, you will work in a dynamic and international environment where every voice is heard, perspectives are shared and values are respected.
