We strongly engage in the Swiss VET (Vocational Education and Training) for young people by offering six training programs with a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ). The programs impart the skills and knowledge needed to work in a given occupation. Many of the graduates still work for Soudronic today, and some even hold management positions.
Vocational education

Soudronic places great importance on the promotion of young talents. This is reflected in the high number of approximately 40 trainees at the company. Our extensive and interesting range of products, combined with the ideal size of our company, means our trainees face a varied and challenging apprenticeship period covering a wide field of activities. Independence, teamwork, and responsibility are promoted throughout the entire training period. The training areas and workplaces are state-of-the-art. Our broad and comprehensive training provides the optimal conditions for individual further education following vocational training. Training takes place exclusively at our headquarters in Bergdietikon, Switzerland.
