As a
Solution Architect Data
you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our company’s data and analytics strategy, ensuring business value, compliance, and future-proof solutions.
Responsibilities
Translate the company’s data and analytics strategy into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions
Design and maintain data architecture standards for modelling, integration, storage, and access
Evaluate and implement new data technologies (data lakes, warehouses, ETL, BI tools) with a Saa S-first approach
Lead and strengthen data architecture by designing scalable, secure, and efficient systems, and defining standards for modelling, integration, storage, and access
Lead data technology implementation by evaluating and deploying future-proof solutions like data lakes, warehouses, and ETL tools to meet evolving business needs
Lead solution design, supporting Business Analysts and guiding Engineers/Developers during delivery
Advise on the impact of changes in data systems or processes on business and IT operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Proven track record in designing and implementing data-driven solutions, ideally on Microsoft Azure
Expertise in information architecture frameworks, data modelling approaches, and governance
Skills in languages to manage, manipulate, and interact with data, like SQL, Python or R
Experience with SAP MDG, Power BI, or Azure/SAP data warehouses
Practical experience with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, SQL Database)
Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills, with leadership experience in dynamic environments
