We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will be managing our suppliers in the domains of facility management, real estate services, construction projects, technical services, and indirect supplies for our Headquarter and Unlimitrust Campus in Prilly as well as our production sites in Chavornay and Bussigny.
Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to meet our needs.
Negotiate contracts to secure the best terms and conditions.
Organize and manage requests for proposals (RFPs) for various projects.
Review supplier proposals and make recommendations.
Follow up on orders, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Collaborate closely with Facility Management and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
Profile:
Proven experience of 5 years as a buyer in the domains of Facility Management and Real Estate.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact at the highest level of the organisation.
Proficiency in French, German, and English.
Strong command of SAP.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
