This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants on projects that drive tangible social, environmental, and economic impact.
Position: Sustainability Intern, 9-12 months Workload:100%Location: Lugano, Switzerland You will gain hands-on experience in sustainability strategy, reporting, and ESG performance improvement, learning how leading companies translate ambition into measurable results.
What You'll Do Support consultants in project planning, research, and execution.
Collect, organize, and analyze data (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Conduct desk research on ESG trends, frameworks, and regulatory developments.
Develop knowledge of key sustainability standards (GRI, SASB, S&P CSA, BIA, etc.).
Assist in preparing presentations, client deliverables, and sustainability reports.
Contribute to communication initiatives, including digital and CRM activities.
Participate in ESG training sessions to deepen your industry understanding.
Join client meetings, take clear notes, and support follow-up actions.
Bring a proactive, analytical, and collaborative mindset to every challenge.
What We're Looking For A master's degree (preferred) or other relevant advanced qualification Recently graduated Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (German and French = strong asset).
High motivation, adaptability, willingness to learn from senior consultants and the ability to work both independently and in teams.
Strong sense of ownership and service orientation.
