Accountabilities

The CRM Manager at MCM Worldwide will be responsible for executing and optimizing customer programs that enhance the customer experience through targeted initiatives focused on acquisition, retention, and reactivation across all channels and segments. This role requires strong analytical and strategic skills to generate actionable insights that improve customer engagement, business operations, and financial performance. The CRM Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and oversee the implementation of CRM campaigns while contributing to customer segmentation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy and Execution :

  • Implement and optimize cross-channel CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
  • Partner with teams including Store and Online Operations, Merchandising, and Brand Marketing to execute and measure CRM campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the digital and retail teams to identify effective ways to acquire new customers, deepen brand engagement, and increase customer lifetime value.

Campaign Management and Optimization:

  • Oversee the implementation, measurement, and refinement of CRM campaigns across various customer touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain a testing infrastructure to assess and validate new opportunities, ensuring financial and operational efficiency.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting :

  • Define relevant KPIs to measure the success of CRM programs and track customer health metrics.
  • Regularly report on customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and segment performance to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CRM-related roles.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing CRM campaigns, customer segmentation, and retention initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, campaign management systems, Google Analytics, and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting customer behavior data.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with launching or managing customer retention programs.
  • Technical proficiency in CRM database solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to report insights to stakeholders effectively.
