Overview We are hiring a visionary Enterprise Architect to lead the development and governance of enterprise architecture across Commercial Insurance programs and platforms. This strategic role will shape the future of our technology landscape, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation. Responsibilities Define and manage enterprise architecture and IT standards across CI initiatives. Lead architecture governance and Design Authority. Translate business needs into scalable and secure architecture solutions. Develop and maintain reference architectures across application, data, and business domains. Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders on IT and Data strategy development. Build and maintain architecture network across Zurich Commercial Insurance Units. Guide solution architects and review architecture documentation. Conduct research on emerging technologies and assess their potential impact. Qualifications7+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in an enterprise architect role. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Proficiency in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF). Expertise in defining enterprise target architecture, IT architecture principles, integration patterns, and technology lifecycle management. Knowledge of insurance business.
