Job Description:
Ensuring the operational readiness of infrastructures;
Overseeing data backup operations and system security (e.g., user permissions, security rules, etc.);
Managing installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software;
Evaluating system performance and recommending improvements;
Taking charge of resolving system incidents and issues;
Supporting technicians and engineers in their activities;
Ensuring that operations are carried out in accordance with the directives of the Headquarters (data management, application of security principles, etc.);
Assisting and advising the Product Owner on infrastructure-related matters and related operations;
Participating in cost control and budget management related to infrastructures;
Supporting the Vendor Manager in supplier management;
Ensuring compliance with the bank's established IT practices (methods);
Ensuring that recurring tasks are orchestrated and executed correctly;
Qualifications:
IT Degree;
Experience in infrastructure operations management;
Experience in an international environment is a plus;
In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes;
Possessing strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams within the organization;
Fluent in French and English, other languages an asset.
