As we continue to expand, we are seeking a visionary and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Strategy & Growth. In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future trajectory of our brand. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead key strategic initiatives, including new market entry, exploring new channels, building and nurturing strategic partnerships and leading strategic technology projects. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, driving innovation, and maximizing our market presence – from strategy to execution.

What you will be doing...

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive growth and expand market reach.
Lead initiatives for new market entry/expanding existing markets, including market analysis, strategic planning, with full responsibility for execution.
Identify and develop new channels for distribution, leveraging both traditional and innovative approaches.
Build strategic alliances and partnerships and act as the key relationship manager accordingly with full responsibility for commercial results.
Lead strategic technology projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience, from concept to implementation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to align strategies with overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
Your profile...

Master´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a top university
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy, business development, or related roles with a spike in apparel, fashion or consumer goods industry
Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of E-Com technology architecture front-to-back and proven track record to lead and successfully implement technology projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English & German (oral and in writing)
Valid permit to work in Switzerland
Passion for personal health, sleep health and wellbeing is a plus
