In order to get off to a real start with Racing Unleashed, we are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and committed person, either immediately or depending on availability:
Chief Operations Officer, COO 100%

In a small, committed, international team, you are jointly responsible for the day-to-day business in relation to the core products. In addition, you will be responsible for our production in Maranello (IT) and will ensure a smooth operation and availability of the simulators. In collaboration with the CEO, you will drive the organizational vision of the operational strategy and implement the performance and business development targets.
THE MAIN TASKS INCLUDE:

Organisation and management of Business Unit Operations
Technical and personnel management
Commercial development
Close cooperation with the RU Group of companies
Development and implementation of engineering projects
Delivery of the corresponding simulators to the designated locations
Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement
Develop actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO
Directly oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with the CEO on sales management to budget for sufficient investment capital to achieve growth targets over the near term
Aggressively manage capital investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability
Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
WE REQUIRE:

Completed technical training in the automotive field, especially production, project management, procurement, business development; optionally vehicle performance, vehicle dynamics, electronics, simulation or software development
Driving licence (mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
5 years experience in international executive leadership positions
Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
Professional experience in track racing or sim racing
Excellent PC skills
Enjoyment and/or hobby: simracing
Process- and solution-oriented; reliable, punctual, communicative; Service- and customer-oriented; Team player
Pleasure in dealing with new technologies
Italian mother tongue; Very good written and spoken English, other languages an advantage
Well-groomed appearance
Structured and accurate way of working; Able to work under pressure and set priorities
High level of self-motivation, drive, and independence; Proactive, motivated, flexible
