INTRODUCTION
For an important multinational pharmaceutical company based in Neuchâtel area, we are looking for a Senior Customer and Logistics Planner 100% H/F (2 temporary positions).
You will act as a key link between customers, distribution centers, and third-party manufacturing sites, ensuring smooth order processing, invoicing, and on-time delivery across Europe.
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
Manage order processing, invoicing, and shipping documentation
Coordinate transportation and import/export activities with 3 PLs and suppliers
Ensure compliance with GDP, Finance, and Regulatory standards
Monitor inventory and system performance across distribution centers
Support product launches, redeployments, and returns
Execute all SAP transactions accurately and on time
PROFIL ATTENDU
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
3+ years' experience in a multinational Supply Chain environment (pharma or consumer goods preferred)
Solid knowledge of SAP and international logistics
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
We have two positions available, one starting in early December and the second in early March, both for 12-month temporary assignments.
