Direct Supervisor: Head of Private Banking
We are currently exploring the market for senior talent to build and lead client relationships in the Middle East, providing advice on products and tailored services to HNWi and UHNWi. Candidates are expected to be goal oriented, results driven and have a proven track record to deliver results and achieve set targets with excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build a portfolio and lead client relationships in Middle East, providing advice on products and tailored services to HNWI and UHNWI clients. Hunter role .
- Develop solutions with the help of Investments team for clients in generation, management and transfer of their wealth;
- Deliver top quality service in order to achieve revenue targets;
- Private and institutional client acquisition, including private clients, External Assets Managers, and Financial institutions;
- Regular visits and meetings with clients and prospects (individual and corporate), in order to foster new business opportunities and maintain current business;
- Analyze various investment opportunities providing clients the right advice on investment offerings, private placement and other product opportunities;
- Contribute to the development of profitability and the evolution of the Bank’s value proposition;
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework and internal regulations and guidelines minimizing risks;
- Respect and champion internal policies and procedures.
Profile :
Education and Professional Qualifications :
- University degree in Finance/Business;
- Certificates related to professional activity are an asset (CWMA);
- A Master’s Degree in Finance or related experience;
- At least 10 years of solid experience in Private Banking and the Financial Industry covering the Middle East;
- Excellent knowledge of financial statement analysis and accounting standards;
- Demonstrated research experience in growth markets;
- Strong financial product knowledge and technical competence in asset classes;
- Well informed of the market competitive structure, industry practices and any regulations for the private banking segment with at least 3 years’ experience in local environment.

- Solid network, personal and professional within Middle East within the HNWI-UHNWI community;
- Proven successful track record in building relationships with clients, client acquisition and deliver excellent service;
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, you are able to listen, guide and advise external and also internal partners;
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail;
- Ability to question status-quo and deliver facts-based conclusions;
- Concise, direct communication while under pressure, and active knowledge-sharing;
- Business and problem-solving skills. Agile and flexible;
- Excellent team player with high spirit of motivation and commitment. High capacity for adaptation;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English. French is an asset;
- Good common sense, curious, flexible and highly motivated personality;
- Ability to work autonomously and as a good team player, with a “can do” attitude;
- Proactive, client orientated with strong communication skills;
- Proficiency in IT tools and Bloomberg and/or similar tools. Prior Avaloq experience an asset.
