Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a business analyst or in an equivalent role within the banking industry, with a strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Excellent coordination skills, proven problem-solving abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills, comfortable giving and receiving feedback, with the ability to explain ideas clearly and logically. Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
