Wenger Plattner employs lawyers across all areas of commercial law, as well as tax advisors. We integrate them thoroughly into our business, where they work within one or more of our practice teams. Our teams operate on an interdisciplinary basis across our offices. With locations at three sites, we leverage the advantages of a major practice while avoiding its disadvantages, such as anonymity or lack of flexibility. A significant portion of our work is international. We expect our lawyers to have excellent legal knowledge and skills, and to communicate confidently both verbally and in writing. We value precision, independence, creativity, and strong social skills. Within our young tax consultancy team, tax experts and advisors with above-average qualifications (including basic training in law or management/business) have the exciting opportunity to shape the development of this service in close collaboration with lawyers, bookkeeping, and accounting professionals. We prioritize continuous education and training. We support our staff in obtaining additional qualifications, such as becoming a notary, certified specialist lawyer, tax expert, or real estate trustee.
