The role
You will be Arqh’s first business operations hire and the CEO’s trusted operational owner. Your mandate is simple: take end‑to‑end ownership of everything that isn’t product or engineering and build the engine that lets the company scale. Your mission is to translate our strategic goals into seamless execution across finance, legal, and internal operations, ensuring Arqh runs as efficiently as our algorithms.
What you’ll do
Finance & Admin: Manage payroll, monthly closing, and build financial models to guide strategic decisions.
Legal: Partner with external counsel to build and iterate on contracts (customer, employment, NDAs).
Go-to-Market Support: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO on commercial tasks; develop pricing models, sales proposals, and board prep.
Company Operating System: Design processes that define culture; own new hire onboarding, feedback cycles, and office operations.
Qualifications
Builder at heart: Thrive in ambiguity and create order from chaos.
Player‑coach: Reconcile accounts, redline NDAs, build pricing models without task preference.
3‑6 years high‑growth experience in startup, consultancy, or fast‑paced environment.
Communication, organization, follow‑through: crisp writing, clear updates, professional handling.
Strong Excel/Slide skills.
Knowledge of Swiss legal landscape.
Languages: fully proficient in English and German.
