In Transaction Services, you will be at the forefront of our client’s M&A activity and lead exciting projects with multidisciplinary, first-class teams.
We are looking for a motivated team player who can help us deliver outstanding client projects and advance our team. A career within the Deals Transaction Services team will provide you with the opportunity to help clients achieve maximum value with their M&A activities. We focus on evaluating M&A projects in due diligence, pre and post-completion. We conduct pre-deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large-scale enterprise-wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations across a wide range of functional and cross-functional areas.
Your tasks
- You will help our clients with dedicated support for transactions in a wide variety of industries and circumstances (acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures & structured investments).
- You will have the opportunity to work across the areas of buy-side due diligence, sell-side assistance, vendor due diligence, and deal negotiation support for both corporate and private equity clients.
- You will collaborate with other experts to develop a rapid understanding of the client's business and issues, articulating your findings appropriately to deliver high-quality reports.
- You will work in a diversified, international environment covering multiple areas and industries.

Your profile
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree and have a background in finance (CPA or CFA).
- You have a thorough understanding of financial accounting and reporting requirements in accordance with internationally recognized reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, US GAAP).
- You have at least 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in providing financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large companies and private equity fund clients.
- You are fluent in English and French (mandatory criteria); any other language is a plus.
- You are energetic, proactive, able to empathize with clients and staff, and are enthusiastic about delivering value to clients.
- You are flexible and demonstrate a willingness to conduct business travel for client assignments or business-related matters.
- You have excellent analytical skills and are experienced in using Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and additional analytical software tools (e.g. Power BI, Alteryx) to analyze and present data in a meaningful and efficient way.
