The team are based in Zug, Switzerland, and the ability to be based full-time there is essential. Re-location for a candidate can be supported, and therefore we encourage candidates not currently based in Zug (including those based in North America or elsewhere outside of Europe) to apply. What the job involves

• Leading North American Fund, Co-Investment, and secondary deal processes from origination through execution and portfolio management
• Alongside the Head of Private Equity, grow and manage a team of junior and mid-level professionals
• Leading interactions with external and internal stakeholders

Who we are looking for

• Extensive experience and an excellent network of GP relationships, particularly in the North American lower mid-market and/or venture capital, that can be tapped-into
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
