Don’t be shy, apply!Job Description As a member of our Zurich Sales department, you will perform various tasks to grow the business by providing top-tier service to existing and new clients of the Bank. You are ready to demonstrate: A client-first approach and commitment to high-quality service A team-playing attitude Understanding and escalation of client issues Suggestions for improving products, services, and processes Commitment to our organizational values A sense of urgency and high energy Role responsibilities include: Supporting our Retail Sales team in Zurich Making initial contact with prospects and following up in coordination with team members Providing full support to sales team members to ensure high service levels and meet targets Handling incoming calls from prospects, clients, and other departments Managing internal and external correspondence and mailing Reviewing account forms for completeness and accuracy for account opening Conducting customer due diligence and client identification via video conference Coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Client Register, Central Data, and Payment departments to facilitate account opening and funding Performing other administrative and sales tasks as assigned by the Line Manager Supporting customers in our Show Room Managing showroom account openings for new customers Overseeing showroom administrative activities Qualifications Native German or Swiss German speaker, fluent in English and Italian Proven experience in administrative roles or sales support Rigorous with excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of priorities Efficient with strong communication skills Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-growing banking environment Open-minded and team-oriented Ideally, previous banking experience Additional Information
