Salary Range:
CHF120,000.00/yr - CHF135,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Handle technical issues via phone, email, or support tools.
Address customer inquiries or escalate to relevant teams.
Support early shifts and on-call duties outside regular hours.
Advise on proper use of technical resources.
Maintain the knowledge database.
Qualifications
EFZ apprenticeship in IT or extensive experience with certifications.
Strong IT knowledge in operating systems, cloud, hardware, and networks.
Accurate documentation of solutions and support requests.
Experience with Cloud, Networking, ITIL.
Team player with good communication skills.
Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
