Quality Systems Associate – 6735 Our client, a dynamic global bio-pharmaceutical and Medtech company headquartered in Switzerland, covering multiple therapeutic areas, is looking for a Quality Systems Associateon an initial12-monthscontractbased in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.
As Quality Systems Associate you will join a diverse team and be responsible for Quality and Compliance in the framework of Quality Systems at the Schaffhausen site.
You will support key quality processes, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure that systems and documentation meet global and local regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities: Support the Subject Matter Expert / Site Key User for Change Control, Non-Conformance, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) systems, including: Providing end-user training in English and German Creating and updating training materials and user guides Offering ad-hoc support for end-users regarding system and process-related questions Co-hosting weekly NC/CAPA review meetings Collecting and organizing data for various KPI review boards Supporting tasks related to globally led quality projects Independently manage and prioritize a complex and diverse workload to ensure deliverables are completed on time, accurate, and aligned with intended objectives.
Drive continuous improvement through proactive communication, collaboration, and attention to detail across departments.
