Our client, a leading Secondaries fund is looking for strong additions to their team in Zurich on Associate level Responsibilities: Support deal execution and portfolio analysis across secondary private equity transactions (LP stakes, GP-led deals, co-investments).
Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence on target funds and companies.
Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to the Investment Committee.
Coordinate with internal teams, external advisors, and fund managers across French- and German-speaking markets.
Qualifications:2–5 years of experience in M&A, Investment Banking, or Transaction Advisory.
Fluent in French , German , and English (both written and spoken).
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with solid understanding of private equity and secondary markets.
