JOB SUMMARY:

The Service Sales Manager- Programs will be responsible for selling Pro Advantage products to current and prospective owners and operators of Textron Aviation aircraft. Pro Advantage is Textron Aviation's cost per flight hour maintenance program for Citation, Hawker, King Air and Caravans. This role is responsible for managing new enrollments, upselling, and contract transfers. This position can be located at any of these European Service Centers Düsseldorf, Paris, Prague, Stuttgart, Valencia, and Zurich. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Focus on selling Pro Advantage products to customers that own or who are purchasing Textron Aviation products including Cessna Citation, Caravan, King Air and Hawker aircraft. Responsible for tracking aircraft transactions within territory and marketing Pro Advantage as early in the process as possible. Research and identify potential sales opportunities using available reports and tools. Actively seek and identify cross-sell and up-sell service opportunities. Aggressively pursue sales leads provided by Textron Aviation employees and satisfied customers. Use a variety of marketing techniques to generate and secure Pro Advantage sales: hosting Service Center visits, telemarketing, organizing/participating customer engagement events, and written correspondence to name a few. Utilize and maintain a customer data base. Build proposals, calculate enrollment fees, draft contracts, request open account and coordinate all documents necessary to enroll new customers on Pro Advantage. Identify opportunities to upsell new programs to existing customers. (i.e. Propose Protech/Labor program to a customer enrolling or renewing Pro Parts). Receive and process customers' requests for Program termination due to aircraft sale and ensure the new buyer continues with Pro Advantage enrollment for their aircraft. Transfer Pro Advantage contracts to the new buyer of an aircraft while attempting to upsell additional products. (i.e. Proposing Protech/Labor program to a customer transferring Pro Parts). Specifically track used aircraft sales/deliveries, identify aircraft enrolled with Pro Advantage, and ensure proper documentation is in place with the new buyer, also prospecting potential Pro Advantage opportunities for non-enrolled aircraft. Responsible for Contract Assignments and engine upgrades / conversions

Qualifications

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related discipline Minimum 3 years sales and/or marketing experience required QUALIFICATIONS:

Sales Force.com and the Microsoft suite. Professional appearance and demeanor Candidate must be able to work in an autonomous self-directed environment to achieve the marketing strategies and sales goals set forth by the company. Candidate must possess strong communication skills (written and oral) to achieve relationships with local aircraft owners, operators, directors of maintenance, and brokers. Candidate must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time in all associated markets. A&P or Pilot license preferred.
