In this exciting and polyvalent position, you will be part of the Laser department team, collaborating closely with the Technicians Manager, the laser R&D team, the laser sales team, and customers. After an intensive training period at the factory, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial success of laser machines by ensuring pre-sales and after-sales technical activities with customers.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the R&D and sales teams to conduct technical tests for internal and customer projects on laser machines.

Work with the sales engineer to prepare and conduct demonstration tests during customer visits at the factory.

Support existing and future customers on technical aspects related to laser machines.

Install laser machines at customer sites, mainly in Germany, and provide training, maintenance, and after-sales services.
