MISSION We are looking for an intern starting in February for a period of 6 months to carry out innovative work on advanced measurement equipment applied to high-performance materials.
RESPONSABILITIES In direct collaboration with the Materials team, under the responsibility of your internship supervisor, your missions will be as follows: State of the art; Development and implementation of robust measurement protocols; Design of associated measuring tools; Statistical characterization of the reliability of the instruments; Automation of data processing; Case study and analysis of the results.
PROFILE You are a Master’s level engineering student with knowledge of mechanics and signal processing.
Knowledge in materials science would be a plus.
Good knowledge in French is required.
Able to carry out an experimental campaign and analyze the results, you have a particular interest in watchmaking and the innovation process.
Dynamic, organized and autonomous, you have a good ability to synthesize and are proactive.
With good interpersonal skills, you demonstrate writing skills and analytical rigor.
Based mainly in Buttes at the Manufacture Val Fleurier, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from other research sectors within our hub located in Microcity, Neuchâtel.
