Contribute to the development of innovative technologies and methodologies to improve performance and efficiency Be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, both in the laboratory and in the field.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of components, instruments, and software relevant to spectrometer systems.
Stay updated with industry advancements and emerging technologies, and may contribute to the development of new product concepts or enhancements to existing spectrometer systems.
Drive good engineering practices on projects.
Drive resolution of technical issues that may impact product introduction and ramp.
Keys to Success: Ph D or equivalent experience in Optics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field.10+ years of technical leadership in requirements-based product development of complex equipment - spectrometer experience highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability in leading multidisciplinary teams, developing system requirements and making system and process flow design decisions.
Demonstrated ability in driving collaborative and innovative solutions under fixed project schedules.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written), Proven ability to communicate effectively within the organization and with customers.
