Join our Manufacturing Unit for a one-year Process Expert Postgraduate Internship and gain hands‑on experience in sterile packaging. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to improve manufacturing processes, support deviation report handling, and learn the intricacies of assembling and packaging autoinjectors, safety devices, vials, and ampules. This is a unique opportunity to grow your scientific and operational skills while contributing to the delivery of high‑quality therapies.

About The Role
Location:

Stein, Switzerland

This Postgraduate internship is limited to 1 year, with the opportunity to begin right away.

Please note that we can only accept applicants who are eligible to work in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver front‑line scientific expertise for all process‑specific issues to ensure timely execution of processes in compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and applicable guidelines and standards (e.g., Health, Safety, and Environment, Novartis Operational Standards for Safety, Compliance, and Efficiency), while driving continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Investigate and resolve process deviations and market complaints to maintain product integrity and regulatory compliance.

Author clear and compliant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize and optimize operational practices.

Own the creation and maintenance of master manufacturing documents for assigned products, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regulatory and operational requirements.

Essential Requirements

Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Analytics or a Technical engineering field (degree completed within the past 12 months)

Languages: Fluent in German with basic proficiency in English

Technical Skills: Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices incl. Process Management and MS Office applications

Analytical & Digital Skills: Affinity for data handling and data analysis

Soft Skills: Effective communication, resilience, collaborative team spirit
