Team Leader – Validation, Standards & Data Analysis % (f/m/d) Lead and coordinate the Validation, Standards & Data Analysis Team within the Technology Center.
This team ensures robust testing practices, compliance with standards, and advanced data analytics to support R&D projects for high-voltage products.
The role focuses on testing coordination, best practice definition, and data-driven insights, while fostering strong collaboration with internal and external laboratories.
How you'll make an impact Coordinate and oversee testing activities within R&D projects Define, maintain, and share best practices for testing methodologies, validation processes, and data analysis Act as the primary interface with internal and external laboratories, ensuring smooth scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with safety and quality standards Lead a team of 7 regular FTEs and 1 intern, including R&D Test Engineers, Testing Design Specialists, and Data Analysts Drive data analysis initiatives to interpret test results and support design improvements Collaborate with design teams, technology leads, and project managers to integrate validation and data insights into product development Promote continuous improvement in testing and data analysis tools, processes, and reporting systems Ensure adherence to internal and external standards for high-voltage product testing and validation.
Your background Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in testing of High-Voltage Circuit Breakers within R&D or product development environments Strong background in testing methodologies, validation processes, and data analytics Proven leadership skills with ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
