Additionally, we offer comprehensive services and tailor-made projects for healthcare professionals, including equipment supply, maintenance, repair, audits, and expert consulting, both in hospitals and private practices. Our headquarters is located in Pully, while our logistics hub is based in St. Gallen, enabling us to cover all of Switzerland. We have 12 employees, including 5 sales representatives.
Position Overview
To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced professional for the following position: Regional Manager – Eastern Switzerland (Sales & Client Relations)

Main Mission
Your primary role will be to develop the market and manage client relationships in German-speaking Switzerland, with a focus on Zurich and the Northeast region. This includes managing client accounts and projects, acquiring new customers, and optimizing the reseller network, while ensuring quality service and a strong market reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and advise existing clients, ensuring high-quality service in collaboration with internal teams, using the available ERP tools.
- Develop the consumables business to achieve an annual revenue of CHF 1.5 million.
- Identify new projects in close collaboration with the reseller and partner network, as well as internal colleagues.
- Manage and support the partner network, ensuring their training and performance monitoring.
- Actively contribute to infrastructure projects and coordinate technical aspects in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Strengthen the company's reputation and market presence, reinforcing its image as an innovative leader.
- Marketing & Communication: Participate in exhibitions and propose initiatives to promote the company and its services.
- Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitors, ensuring valuable insights are communicated to company management.
Your Profile
- You hold a technical or commercial degree and have proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management. You are fluent in German (ideally Swiss German) and have a good command of French.
- You are an entrepreneurial and dynamic individual, with strong organizational, analytical, and strategic skills. You excel in customer relations and negotiation. Your strengths include rigor, autonomy, teamwork, and a proactive mindset.
