For Ammeraal Beltech AG in Switzerland and the Central Product Management team of AMMEGA, we are looking for a Junior Product Manager HPFB .
Tasks
Junior PM HPFB (70%)- Processing customer enquiries ‘First level support’
- Monitoring competitors
- Create/maintain reference lists
- Maintain our main database (Excel)
- Maintain our price lists
- Organisation of trainings/meetings (webinars, on-site)
- Participation in our daily SQDIP
- Create/revise training modules & technical documentations
- Evaluation of splicing parameters
- Fabricate endless test belts for the R&D department
- Process testing of new adhesives
- Creating instructions for fabrication processes (film sequences, process descriptions)
- Maintenance of article master data for joining instructions, etc. (AMMSPLICE)
- Maintain Share Point Fabrication Corner, keep it up to date
- Error assessment of complaints regarding fabrication
- Organising and conducting training courses/fabrication training (training films)
- Creating training documents for production, supplementing existing training documents
- Support for spare parts for tools
- Support for AB Tooling for new tool developments (send wish list)
- Define sales prices for tools, price adjustments etc.
- Set special prices
- Support for CE conformity
We are looking for someone who fulfills the following requirements:
- Technical education with further commercial training (technical salesperson/sales/marketing)
- Strong customer orientation
- Fluent in written and spoken DE / EN, other languages an advantage
- You have a calm and composed character, commercial skills and characteristics such as:
- Independent, efficient working skills
- Pragmatic, networked thinking
- Manual dexterity, hands-on mentality
- Affinity for technical and qualitative products/processes
- Diligent, team player
- Good user knowledge in all MS Office programmes
- Initial experience in an international environment an advantage
- Good interaction with people in different cultures and hierarchy levels
- Fluent in German & English
