Key Responsibilities
Leading the Development and Execution of Business Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive commercial and strategic plans based on thorough market analysis, ensuring alignment with regional and global directives. Oversee the coordination of local teams to optimize portfolio performance.

Candidate Profile
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. A relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Professional Experience: At least five years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record in oncology, particularly in lung cancer.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the oncology landscape, healthcare environment, and pharmaceutical industry dynamics.
Digital & Omnichannel Marketing Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and multichannel engagement techniques to reach diverse stakeholders effectively.
Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience leading teams, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects across various functions such as sales, medical, and market access.
Project Management: Skilled in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
