Retention Marketing Marketing Automation Data Analysis As our CRM & Retention Manager, you'll have the freedom to: Own and optimize the CRM strategy to grow our customer base with retention and repeat purchases through targeted communications. Build and manage automated flows in Klaviyo (e.g., welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart) that drive engagement and conversion. Create and segment audiences using customer behavior, order history, and engagement data to activate with personalized customer journeys that strengthen brand loyalty. Drive and execute seasonal and campaign-based email strategies that showcase our technological innovations and performance benefits. Ensure CRM efforts support growth targets (Ecom) and align with brand tone across all customer touchpoints. Implement marketing automation workflows to improve efficiency and deliver more relevant content to our performance-driven audience. Leverage AI tools to enhance customer segmentation and personalization for more effective retention strategies. Monitor campaign performance metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve results To thrive in this role, bring along: Strong Klaviyo expertise (flows, segmentation, reporting) with proven experience creating effective automated customer journeys. Understanding of Shopify ecosystem and customer data flows within e Commerce platforms.3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or retention marketing, preferably in direct-to-consumer businesses. Experience with AI-driven marketing tools for customer segmentation and applying data insights to improve campaign performance. Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign metrics and translate findings into actionable strategies. Knowledge of GDPR and privacy regulations as they apply to customer communications and data management. Professional fluency in English; German and additional language skills are a plus.
