Manager Digital Communications (f/m/d) 80 - 100% Tasks: Responsible for managing digital platforms as a member of the corporate newsroom Enabling Sunrise to further advance its positioning and engagement in the social media realm, going also beyond customer interaction (e.g. employer branding) Managing core corporate social media channels (external and internal), the Sunrise blog, and partly the website - and developing the channel strategy for each of them Developing the followership of the channels (quantitative and qualitative) and drive engagement of key target groups and the overall digital experience with the Sunrise brand Creating powerful new formats, as well as enable and engage opinion leaders (internal and external) and partners to communicate on social media internally and externally Leverage the connection between the different channels; ensuring a powerful user journey Driving a KPI mindset in the entire communications team, and making decisions based on data and analytics Helping to foster governance for the digital channels of the group, including monitoring and responses   Requirements: University degree or similar in Communications, Marketing or similar Some years of experience within Corporate Communications with a digital aspect and/or within an agency / media house for channel and brand management Extensive knowhow in the area of Social Media and online communication platforms Well versed with content management and KPI tracking tools Proven writing skills on digital platforms Sense for brand/ content activation on the social media channels and the respective KPIs Excellent communication skills in German as well as English is an absolute must, French and/or Italian would be an asset   At Sunrise, you will work in a dynamic and international environment where every voice is heard, perspectives are shared and values are respected.
