Responsibilities

Implement CRM Strategy: Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to enhance user activation, engagement and retention.

Customer Loyalty: Create data-driven CRM Lifecycle strategies to foster customer loyalty and drive revenue.

Automation Expert: Build and manage automation journeys to boost revenue and retention effectively.

Personalization Focus: Implement advanced personalization through customer segmentation and technology.

Insights and Optimization: Leverage customer insights for CRM optimization, including activation, engagement and retention.

Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous A/B testing to validate hypotheses and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Reporting and Analysis: Analyze CRM data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continual improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master's degree with proven experience in roles like CRM Manager, Digital Marketer, Project Manager, Data Analyst, or Business Developer in B2 C/Saa S Startup.

3+ years of hands-on experience planning, executing, tracking, and optimizing CRM activities.

Solution-oriented team player with fast thinking abilities.

Effective English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages, especially German, is advantageous.

Familiarity with CRM tools like Braze, Mailchimp, Mixpanel, or similar platforms is a plus.

Agile mindset, adept at handling ambiguity and delivering projects promptly.

Proven ability to think creatively and explore innovative solutions.

Capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects and prioritizing tasks efficiently.

Quick learner, adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive under pressure to meet deadlines.

Outstanding team player, skilled in seamless collaboration within a team environment.
