Our Red Bull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. They understand Red Bull’s target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding on their campus and in their region. The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand at their campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trials, and working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand with a premium approach through everyday interactions, embodying the brand personality traits and company values.
- Grow the user base by promoting product sampling and awareness, answering consumer questions competently.
- Develop and execute innovative campus plans to engage students and bring the brand to life at university.
- Build and maintain relationships with local individuals and collaborate with sales teams to ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets.
- Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points within and beyond the campus.
- Leverage Red Bull assets to maintain top-of-mind awareness in sales accounts and ensure proper execution of store standards.
- Deliver excellence in execution and contribute ideas through regular interactions and reporting.
- Support the development of Red Bull's media presence by providing local insights and trends.
- Demonstrate passion for the Red Bull brand and product.
- Maintain an energetic, charismatic, and approachable personality, with an understanding of student life and local hotspots.
- Manage part-time work and studies, with availability for some evenings and weekends.
- Learn and apply new skills in marketing, negotiation, and sales.
- Connect with influential groups and individuals on campus.
- Travel 10-20% as required.
