Location: Fully Remote Tiny Wizard is a rapidly expanding game development studio, dedicated to crafting innovative and captivating multiplayer experiences tailored for mobile device users. We are looking for a creative Motion Designer with a strong knowledge of mobile game video ads to join our team and help expand our creative capabilities and grow the scale of our game! You will work in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing, Social Media Manager, and Art Director. Experience with static asset creation (Social media posts, static ads, store assets) would be a plus. Responsibilities Video Ad Production: Create compelling ad video content for UA campaigns, social media platforms, and other channels. Video Editing: Edit gameplay footage and promotional videos using industry-standard software to produce engaging marketing materials. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Content Management: Maintain an organized library of marketing assets for easy access and distribution. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends in video production, graphic design, and gaming to keep content fresh and relevant. Data Driven Approach: Continuously follow the performance of our ads and look for ways to improve them. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a videographer or motion designer in gaming companies. Strong portfolio of creative, high-performing video assets for mobile games. The ability to drive an idea from conception to completion. Excellent communication skills in English. Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Additional knowledge in 3 D production (Blender or Maya). Additional knowledge in Unity. Must have a good understanding of the games market and stay professionally up-to-date in current pop culture trends (i.e. social media, music, games, design, movies, TV, etc).
