We are currently looking for a person to organise the new office and carry out various administrative tasks Start from September or according to agreement. Your role: Organise the Office and execute required tasks Reports directly to the Director   Your tasks: Admin: Daily correspondence (mail and email) UPS, Express Mail Receipt and Dispatch Answering and forwarding phone calls Arrangement of appointments Organisation of bank documents (compliance / due diligence) All office admin tasks (organisation and filing of documents, etc.) Receipt of payment requests from international subsidiary office (2 times a week)  Printout of invoices, file, printing, sending to the forwarder by post or express mail,  upon request from representative offices  Recommendation letters by the request of branch offices in a standard form  Notarization of documents  apostille of documents  Administrating activities (creating lists, letters, presentations)   Your profile: Completed commercial training (KV) or equivalent training Experience as an office assistant Proficient in English and German or French (speaking and writing) Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills Good structured, flexible, autonomous, neat appearance, and an excellent team player
