Are you someone who loves digging into data, spotting patterns, and asking, “What does this mean?” Do spreadsheets give you a weird sense of joy? Ever found yourself making a chart just for fun?
If yes — keep reading. We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team and help turn data into decisions. You don’t need to be a guru (yet!) — just bring your curiosity, some solid basics, and a hunger to learn.
- What You'll Be Doing Support senior analysts by gathering, cleaning, and organizing data
- Help build reports and dashboards to track company performance
- Learn to interpret trends, patterns, and anomalies that matter
- Assist with A/B tests, surveys, and other data experiments
- Ask smart questions and help make complex data simple and clear
- What You Should Bring Basic knowledge of SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or even Google Data Studio)
- A naturally analytical mind — you enjoy solving puzzles and spotting trends
- Good communication skills — you don’t need to be a TED speaker, just clear and curious
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Bonus: Experience with Python, R, or Google Analytics (but not required!)
