Responsibilities:

Bistrot Service: Welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks efficiently, ensuring a relaxed and informal yet high-quality experience.
Fine Dining: Guiding guests through the menu and wine list, executing precise service steps, and coordinating with kitchen.
Room Service: Preparing trays / trolleys, ensuring timely delivery to rooms, discreet and polished guest interaction, handling billing.
Bar: Supporting bar service by taking and serving drink orders, maintaining cleanliness of bar area, upselling cocktails or wines.
Guest Relations: Managing reservations, handling complaints gracefully, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction in all outlets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, preferably within 5-star hotels.
Sommelier certification or strong wine knowledge.
Dedication to luxury service, precision, and guest satisfaction.
Natural leader with a hands-on approach and collaborative spirit.
Fluency in English and Italian; German or French is a plus.
Swiss or EU work permit, or eligibility to obtain one.
Full-time, long-term employment contract.
