Are you passionate about driving supply chain excellence and ensuring the timely delivery of healthcare products? We are seeking a

Production Planner

to join our international team in Zug. You will be part of a global healthcare organization that delivers critical medical devices worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

Translate market demand into actionable production and material plans.

Maintain and optimize production schedules to meet customer needs.

Manage planning for devices, spare parts, and accessories.

Oversee product phase-outs and material transitions.

Ensure inventory levels meet service targets and minimize scrap.

Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and global planning teams.

Analyze forecasts, stock levels, and supply chain metrics.

Utilize SAP and planning tools for master data and planning parameters.

Your Profile

Technical or commercial education with further training in Supply Chain Management or a degree (HF/FH).

At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, logistics, or procurement.

Strong communication skills and ability to work across interfaces.

Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP PP/SD/MM).

Fluent in German and at least B2-level English.

Key Details

Start Date: As soon as possible, latest August 1, 2025

Contract Duration: 12 months

Workload: 80–100%

Work Model: Hybrid (up to 2 days home office)

Location: Zug area, Switzerland
