We are currently looking for a Project Leader - PD Technology Transformation in Lausanne, Switzerland.
In this position you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of strategic AI initiatives within Product Development Combustible Category, including Agentic AI-powered product insights and predictive analytics, Intelligent automation and process optimization, and Advanced generative AI for product design and innovation.
This role is pivotal in translating business needs into technical deliverables and ensuring the successful deployment of AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency, and innovation.
You will lead cross-functional project teams and oversee the development of intelligent systems.
You will serve as a key execution partner to the Head of PD Technology Transformation, ensuring that transformation programs are delivered with precision, impact, and scalability.
Your Key Responsibilities Program Execution & Delivery: Lead the execution of strategic projects for PD Technology Transformation, including planning, development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered predictive analytics.
Collaborate with existing project managers and technical teams to manage project timelines, risks, partner alignment and to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Technical Leadership: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and AI deliverables.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI models and intelligent systems.
We're Looking For Someone With Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing and delivering AI/ML transformation projects at scale within enterprise environments.
Expertise in AI tools and frameworks such as Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, and Lang Chain.
Strong understanding of Agentic AI and reasoning models, data pipelines, and cloud-based AI deployment (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
Excellent project management, partner engagement, and problem-solving skills.
