Objective and Purpose As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate customer delivery projects, ensuring successful installation, integration, commissioning, and end-user training.
You will provide leadership throughout implementation projects, from initiation to final testing and acceptance of our solutions or services.
Key Responsibilities Manage domestic Ascom Customer Delivery projects of medium to large size, based on defined contract scope, assumptions, and constraints.
Ensure that assigned projects are properly planned and managed end-to-end, applying all necessary standards, processes, tools, and project management skills.
Proactively manage project risks and ensure high-quality project delivery in terms of costs and quality.
Manage resource plans and allocation for assigned projects and ensure milestones and decision points are documented and monitored.
Protect project margins by managing cost elements (primarily man hours and hardware items) and reporting regular status updates on any deviations outside project tolerance.
Act as the interface to customers and peers, collecting information needed to perform and deliver project activities.
Ensure creation and maintenance of relevant documentation, including handover to the Customer Care team according to Ascoms project documentation standards.
Requirements Qualifications and Work Experience1-2 years + experience as a Project Manager, preferably managing complex, large ICT projects.
Proven track record of successfully leading projects, especially creating work breakdown structures to plan and monitor project activities and risk management.
Working experience in the IT, telecommunication, or healthcare sector.
Skills and Competencies Excellent project and program management skills.
Exceptional planning, organizing, and implementation skills.
Strong leadership skills in People Management, Change Management, and Capability Management.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, especially communication and conflict management.
Strong customer focus and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
Basic experience in contractual law applicable to customer delivery projects.
Personal Qualities Strong customer orientation with an empathic attitude and the talent to engage and motivate others.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and a quick learner with an affinity towards technical topics, Ascoms products, and offerings.
Structured personality with high planning ability and attention to details.
