Professional construction management (quality, cost, and schedule monitoring)
Independent communication and representation of project interests towards authorities, companies, planners, neighbors, and other stakeholders
Proactive decision management, controlling, and reporting, as well as transition of projects into marketing, maintenance, and utilization phases Your profile Successfully completed degree in architecture, civil engineering, project management, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience/track record in the coordination, planning, and implementation of building construction projects
In-depth knowledge of the relevant standards and legal framework conditions across all relevant service phases, as well as in contract and procurement law
Willingness to travel, entrepreneurial mindset, and a strong hands‑on mentality
Confident manner and strong communication skills
