Hobson Prior is seeking a QA Lead (Sterility Assurance) to join a dynamic team in the pharmaceutical industry. This role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of sterility and quality in drug manufacturing processes. You will play a crucial part in shaping contamination control strategies and improving aseptic processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and guide strategies to prevent contamination in line with industry standards.
- Offer advice on enhancing aseptic process simulations and review related protocols.
- Implement improvements in aseptic processes, including operator training.
- Define environmental control measures for new manufacturing projects.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to establish hygiene practices.
- Lead quality assurance for disinfectant and pest control programs.
- Analyze reports on microbiological and chemical parameters and drive improvements.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Degree in Microbiology or relevant experience in the field.
- Strong background in aseptic drug manufacturing and process simulation.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP regulations in various regions.
- Experience with managing deviations and changes.
- Quality Control experience is beneficial.
- Proficient in English and German.
- Ability to work onsite in Visp 60% of the time.
