What are you going to do?

In this position, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with large retail chains and major distributors. Your goal is to place our exclusive brands and products in new, high-volume sales channels. You will also support our four-person field sales team. You motivate and coach the team so that sales goals are achieved. You create a clear strategy and vision in collaboration with management and put it into action. Through your network, you create new partnerships and realize synergies with other ambitious entrepreneurs. You conduct negotiations with partner companies. You have a motivated and hungry team at your disposal, as well as a modern, digitalized company structure.

Acquisition of new major distributors and retail chains
Development of new sales channels
Responsible for achieving sales and sales targets
Strategic support of the B2 B team
Creation & implementation of expansion strategy
Expansion and maintenance of partnerships
Implementation of various activities in B2 B sales according to your strengths profile
