Your tasks:
The main purpose of the role, is to develop & sell our products (AIR/OCEAN/LAND/CL):
Manages assigned customers and budget base; pursues and secures air business in line with the business objectives

Probes and identifies customer needs and provides solutions

Builds a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base

Communicates significant trends, rate changes and policies to assigned accounts

Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers

Analyses competitive and industry trends

Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality

Works closely with the local product organization to grow volumes and revenue

Collaborating with the capacity & campaign manager to formalize commercial plans and ensure maximization of asset utilization

Your Profile:
Professional experience in the freight forwarding business and knowledge of the market

Sales experience in the forwarding and logistics industry, ideally in Airfreight

Understanding of customer requirements and their concerns

Service and customer orientation

Strong communication skills

Independent action as well as an entrepreneurial mindset and commitment

Preferably knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools

Empathetic personality with a well-groomed appearance and confident appearance
