Brights continues to expand, and we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager with exceptional skills in relationship building and opportunity identification.
The preferred locations for candidates are Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, and the UK.
Your key responsibilities will be: generating opportunities, negotiating and closing high-value sales deals with clients, and building and maintaining strong relationships with new clients.
Requirements for this position:
- 2+ years experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within an outsourcing company;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Fluency in the market’s language is essential;
- Experience in oral and written English communication;
- Participate in conferences and networking events to build valuable connections and effectively promote our services;
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, driving sales and identifying new growth opportunities;
- Previous experience with SDLC and software development technologies is preferred.
