About Us
This position requires your technical, organizational, and communication skills. You will act as an interface between customers, service technicians, and service managers. In short: you are the first point of contact for our demanding customers, answering questions, receiving fault and service reports, orders, and complaints. You will also coordinate the service technician group for Western Switzerland and monitor the process from inquiry to completion. As the team leader on site, you will also be the first point of contact for colleagues at the Frauenfeld site.
Job Summary
As Service Team Leader, you are responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating our service and installation assignments in French-speaking Switzerland.
You supervise sales-specific, assigned projects and monitor their deadlines.
As a technical contact for our compressors, you will support our customers, sales, and the service team.
In addition to coordination work, you will also be responsible for managing the team at the Frauenfeld site. You act as an interface between the team and the Service Manager.
Responsibilities
As a service team leader, you are responsible for the planning, organization, and coordination of our service and installation operations in Western Switzerland.
You will manage sales-specific, assigned projects and monitor their deadlines.
As a technical contact for our installed base, you will support our customers, sales, and service teams.
In addition to coordination work, your task also includes leading the team at the Frauenfeld location. You act as an interface between the team and the service manager.
Basic Qualifications
You have completed technical or commercial training.
Experience as a team leader.
Thanks to your professional experience, you have the technical know-how to provide customers and internal departments with precise advice.
With your hands-on mentality, your expertise, and your ability to work in a team, you are a perfect fit for our service team.
You have a good command of French and German. English is an advantage.
