About the Role

My client is seeking an experienced

Service Now Architect

to lead solution design and delivery across multiple Service Now domains. You’ll play a key role in defining architecture standards, designing custom applications, and ensuring successful implementations aligned with best practices.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and technical direction of Service Now solutions.
Develop and implement

custom applications

on the Service Now platform.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable designs.
Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices and platform governance standards.
Support integration, testing, and deployment of Service Now capabilities.
Requirements

5+ years

of hands-on Service Now architecture experience
Proven expertise in

Custom App Development

and

CSM

(Customer Service Management).
French fluency

essential
Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, data model, and integration patterns.
Service Now CAD (Certified Application Developer)

certification required.
CTA (Certified Technical Architect)

is a plus, but not mandatory.
Experience with

ITSM

or

HRSD

modules is a bonus.
